We reserve the right to require an upfront deposit. We accept, Cash, Check and all major credit cards. All checks should be made out to S&S Vallie Enterprises, all credit card transactions will show as S&S Vallie Enterprises.  

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS:  We require a credit card on file for all major holiday bookings.   You must provide 72 hours notice to cancel a holiday reservation.  If not cancelled or adjusted within the 72 hour window, you will be responsible for the entire length of stay requested in your original reservation.

PEAK SEASON WEEKEND RESERVATIONS:  We require a credit card on file for all major high booking weekends.  You must provided at least 48 hours notice for cancellation.  If reservation is not cancelled or adjusted within the 48 hour window, you will be responsible for payment of the entire length of stay requested in your original reservation.
